Bradley Thermostatic Mixing Valves blend hot and cold water to a tepid flushing temperature (65º-95ºF). ANSI Standards require tepid water to assure the eyewash and drench shower do not subject the user to scalding or freezing water temperatures. Bradley valves feature an exclusive fixed cold-water bypass, which allows only cold water to flow through the valve in the event of loss or interruption of hot water supply or thermostat malfunction. These valves are pre-set at 85ºF, but can be adjusted to other temperature set points. Valves are available in a variety of options to accommodate various equipment applications.
The Bradley heat trace combination drench shower with eye/face wash is wrapped in heat-trace cable surrounded by insulation and enclosed with ¾” polyethylene yellow removable shell. This durable unit includes yellow plastic shower head activated by a pull rod and 1” IPS chromeplated brass stay-open ball valve.
