The Bradley heat trace combination drench shower with eye/face wash is wrapped in heat-trace cable surrounded by insulation and enclosed with ¾” polyethylene yellow removable shell. This durable unit includes yellow plastic shower head activated by a pull rod and 1” IPS chromeplated brass stay-open ball valve. The eye/face wash includes ABS plastic twin sprayheads and is activated by a stainless steel push handle and ½” IPS chromeplated brass stay-open ball valve. The shower design allows this unit to be installed in up to -500 F freezing conditions.
Features include:
Freeze protection valve to ensure the continual flow of water when internal temperatures drop below 350 F. The valve closes at 450 F.
Temperature control thermostat opens at 640 F and closes at 540 F.
Junction box is 4-hub aluminum and accepts ¾” IPS conduit. This unit requires 120V AC or 240V AC service voltage.
Unit includes a safety sign and inspection tag.
Water supply (must specify T(top) or B(bottom): 1¼” IPS (female). Waste: 1¼” IPS (female).
Meets ANSI Z358.1-2004, rated Class I Division II Groups B,C,D. SEI Certified.
