Avoid potentially devastating penalties for non-compliance (up to $100,000
per day and $50,000 for each director)
Understand the use of service
animals, support persons and assistive devices and how to use and interact
with them
Understand your obligation when developing your required
Policies, Practices and Procedures
Learn how to implement your
Policies, Practices and Procedures cost effectively
Using different
mobility exercises you will have a better understanding of some types of
disabilities. One of the core principals of sales is “the more you know
about your clients the better you can service and retain them”
65%
of the population is in some way connected to someone with a disability and
word of mouth is a powerful weapon both positively and negatively. In this
still fledgling economy can you afford to over look the needs of such a
large segment of the population (1.85 million Ontarians reported having a
disability)
Avoid potential law suits
